The Inspiration Behind The Lost Pleiad

I’ve been writing this story in my head for several years. I was just getting out of college at CSU – Pueblo and was aspiring to be a novelist. I usually spent my summer working and reading books, imagining I would become a best-selling novelist one of these days.

I had so many writing ideas but never followed through with finishing them. I had picked up a volunteer writing gig at the Pueblo PULP magazine to start getting some writing experience under my belt and kept brainstorming novel ideas.

Derived From Pleiadian Teachings

Coming from a family with spiritual ideals, there was one day I remember my dad sending me a video titled, “Signs You’re a Pleiadian.” I was so intrigued by the title.

When I watched it, I was brought to tears.

For all of you thinking I’m crazy, just know that there is an entire community of people out there who wholeheartedly resonate with the teachings of Pleiadians. And at that time, I did too.

Years after I watched that video, I become invested in joining the Pleiadian Starseed community, learning everything there was to know about Pleiadians, who they were, and what they represented. I felt like this was part of me.

The Lost Pleiad Myth Throughout Time

As I did my research, I came across the term, The Lost Pleiad, a Greek mythology story that was riddled with holes and seemingly incomplete and vague. It was a myth with very little story and only talked about by just a few since the 1800s.

The only story I had ever really found on The Lost Pleiad was in a lengthy poem written by Leticia Landon and a sculpture of the Lost Pleiad carved in stone by Randolph Rogers. Those were two that I discovered in 2021.

Before discovering the only two stories really told in history, I was already compelled to write the story but had held onto it for several years before sitting down to actually write it in 2021. Then it just fell out of me.

As a result of so many moving parts and inspirations, The Lost Pleiad has now become a Greek mythology retelling.

Is the Lost Pleiad a Spiritual Story or Science Fiction?

To be honest, it’s a bit of both, which will be explained in the story. If you watch docuseries like Ancient Aliens or read any books on Pleiadian teachings or eve concepts of astral travel, scientists are making correlations between our universe and higher consciousness.

You can find a lot of information about this in books like Chariots of the Gods, by Erich Von Däniken.

You will definitely see what I mean when you sit down to read this book.

Who Designed The Lost Pleiad Cover?

Over the years, and my extensive time spent in the marketing field, I’ve been blessed with incredible friendships, all of whom have incredible talents. My book cover was designed by the fantastic Nicole Enger who has insane experience in graphic design.

Pretty much anything I give to Nicole, she brings to life for me in ways I couldn’t imagine in my own mind. I gave her a concept that I found on Pinterest, handed over a color palette, and she produce this beauty. She is truly talented and I am grateful to have her as a friend.

Who is Publishing Your Books?

I work with a hybrid publishing company here in Southern Colorado known as Write With Light Publications. Their mission is to bring inspired creations to the planet.

I love working with them because they have keen eyes for editing, design, story development, and they are passionate about bringing people’s ideas and stories to life. The two main team members also happen to be my parents, whom I love, so perhaps I’m a tad biased.

I figured I’d tell you that now because eventually, everyone would figure it out anyway.

WWLP has been great with helping me get my first book out, It Depends: A Guide to Peace Corps, which continues to sell today. I’m grateful for all their support on my writing journeys.
